What Foods Have Been Genetically Modified

Mainly genetically modified corn and soybeans because grown wide and used much in production at more than 70% of processed food. Follow the rapeseed and cotton.  Experiments are made mostly with rice, wheat, tomatoes, potatoes, strawberries, papaya, sugar beets, Zucchini, coffee, tobacco, yeast, fish such as salmon, bacteria for the production of medicines, fungi, hormones to increase milk production etc.  Some of these species are found in the evaluation stage for farming, have already grown in very small number of countries.  Unfortunately, the experiments are not limited to these types and other like sunflower, cucumbers, lettuce, eggplant, sugarcane, sweet potato, mushrooms, melons, okra, walnuts, almonds, etc. without promoting yet in the market because of the great world’s reaction.
